Fat Level Point, may have never heard of us this term. Fat Level Point is the point where the standard of our body that is able to sustain the amount of fat stored. What does it do for us?
First of all, get to know your own body, if you are skinny dry? With a fat content of only 10% and not at all fat and hard to gain weight? Or your body including the fat, the fat content of around 30% or even more?
The 10% or 30% or whatever your body figures show, there is a different standard point for each individual. Our bodies are genetically have a different standard. And the most important is your body trying to keep that number as much as possible. This explains why the skinny hard to gain weight despite following the restrictions recommended in a lot of literature about diet such as eating oily foods in large amounts, eating straight to bed, snacking empty calorie snacks. Likewise with fat people, why not eat, but it does not go skinny weight, even lost weight too, not long before definite weight slowly climb back up to the standard point.
How do I change the fat level point? Do we have to surrender to our genetic makeup? Apparently not. There are two ways to change the fat level points, the first is to exercise and the second is to change what we eat.
Exercise and diet change from bad to good calorie calorie will change into a more ideal point.
